Sweepstakes Rules

These Rules apply to the monthly sweepstakes conducted by JUMBLEaya Professional Organizing™ from its Website, http://www.jumbleaya.com. Each sweepstakes will start on the first day of each month and will end on the last day of each month, and by entering the sweepstakes, you agree and are bound by these Rules. This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States. Persons entering the sweepstakes electronically must access the Website from a computer located in the United States. Entering the Contest

To enter electronically subscribe to The Jumbleaya™ Journal by completing the feedback form and checking Enter Sweepstakes (hard copy or e-mail subscription) by midnight Eastern Standard Time of the last day of the month. The winner is randomly selected by Jumbleaya™ or Sponsor and contacted by the 20th day of the following month. Winners are notified within thirty days (30) of selection. One electronic entry per person, per newsletter subscription, per month is allowed. No person will be eligible to win more than one drawing. In case of a dispute, an entry will be considered to have been "submitted" by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.

Use of Entrant Information Submitted

Entry constitutes permission to post winners’ names on Website and to use winner’s name, hometown, and likeness in for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law. [Except as required by law, Sponsor will not share entrant information with any third parties. Sponsor may contact entrants in the future with offers it feels may be of interest.

Winners and Prizes

[Each month’s prizes and their retail values will be described in full on that month’s Website sweepstakes entry page.] Sponsor may substitute prize of comparable or equal value. Winners may not choose cash or alternative prizes. Prizes are not transferable. Mail, e-mail, or telephone will notify winners. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with sweepstakes Rules and a liability and publicity release. Taxes are winners’ responsibility and winners must supply Sponsor with Social Security numbers to collect prizes valued over $600. Failure to execute and return any requested documents within 21 days of attempted delivery of same, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in the awarding of prize to alternate winner. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

Sponsor and Legal Information

Subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited, and in all other countries. Sponsor may discontinue this series of sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor may cancel any sweepstakes or decide to modify it in any manner that it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence that would materially affect the sweepstakes’ security or fairness. Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they (1.) attempt to enter the sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Rules, (2.) attempt to disrupt the sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules in any way or (3.) repeatedly show a disregard for the sweepstakes Rules or act (a.) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b.) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the sweepstakes are final.

Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to all lawful residents of the United States, at least 18-years-old, logging on to the Internet from within the United States, except all employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates and suppliers dealing with this sweepstakes or the operation of its Websites, and those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family.

Winning Odds and Deadlines

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received within that month before the deadline. The monthly winners are chosen from all eligible entries submitted on or before midnight, Eastern Standard Time, of the last day of the month.

For a list of prizewinners within 6 months after conclusion of any sweepstakes, e-mail your request to info@jumbleaya.com.
